Fox Metals offers several processing services to products it sells. 

Plate Burning: Four torch system with both plasma and oxyfuel torches, burning carbon, alloy and stainless plate.

Saw Cutting: We have 14 fully automatic HEM saws capable of cutting up to 40” o.d. 

Heat Treating:  We can anneal, normalize, water quench, polymer quench, oil quench, temper, stress relieve, and age harden.

Machining: We can rough machine, grind, turn, hone, bore, and straighten. 

Testing: Tensile, Charpy, Hardness, Chemical Analysis, Metallography, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, X-ray.
